  • How do I place an order?
    • Select the product you would like to order including sizing and the material, add to your cart and follow the process.

 

  • I subscribed to your newsletter but haven’t received any email notification yet?
    •  If you have subscribed and haven't received an email, we suggest:
      • checking your spam folder to make sure the email hasn't landed there.
      • making sure you have added info@negiarabani.com to your address book.
      • if no email in spam please send an email to info@negiarabani.com and provide the following information:
        • Your First and Last name
        • Your email
        • When you registered for receiving our newsletter.
      • Where is my order?
        • We will inform you when your order has been fulfilled and ready to ship. Please consider product fulfillment times on each product page to estimate the amount of time for delivery. (If you haven’t received any emails even after the given product fulfilment times, please check your Junk folder). Once we ship your order, we will provide a tracking number to you that you can use to track your order. At any time do not hesitate to send us an email to info@negiarabani.com if you have any questions. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

       

      • Why do you have long fulfillment times?
        • We use various technologies to manufacture our products. The advantage of using these technologies is two folded. On one hand we are able to provide our customers with one-of-a-kind designs. On the other hand, some of these technologies allow us to reduce waste.
        • All products are made to order. By reducing inventory to minimum we aim at reducing waste.

       

      • How long do I have to cancel my order or edit my order?
        • You have 24 hours to cancel your order. Please send an email to info@negiarabani.com along with an order confirmation number and order confirmation receipt. We will cancel your order and you can place a new order. After this deadline orders cannot be cancelled.

       

      • How do I return an item?
        • Some of our items are returnable, most aren't due to made to order nature of our products and some only against store credit. This information is indicated on the product page. In addition please refer to our Shipping & Return policy to learn more.

       

      • When will I receive a refund?

       

      • What shipping options do you offer?
        • We offer free domestic standard shipping (5-10 business days delivery), a flat rate for USPS 3-5 business days international shipping, as well as other expedited USPS and UPS shipping methods. These will be offered at the check out.

          • My tracking says delivered but I have not yet received the order:
            • Please allow up to 3 business days from your order’s delivery date before contacting us for further investigation. Alternatively, we suggest you contact your chosen career with your tracking number.

           

          • How is sales tax calculated for my order?
            • All California residents will incur sales tax as set by the State of California and/or the County to which your delivery will be shipped. International customers are responsible for custom duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping cost assessed during checkout.

            

          • How can I change my name or address?
            • You can change any of your personal details such as name or address in the Manage Account section of the website, by clicking on Edit Details. When an order is placed, you cannot make any changes to your name or address.

             

            • What if I order a ring and it doesn’t fit?
              • We suggest you look at your previous rings and understand what is the right size for you. In addition, it is always a good idea to wear the ring on a different finger. Sometimes a ring fits better on a finger you weren’t thinking of and you will be surprised how great it will look. Should the ring be too small, we suggest bringing it to a local jewelry store and ask them to make those slightly larger for you. Most of the metal choices and our rings should be ok for this process. Should none of this work, you are also welcome to exchange the ring for a different size or against store credit. Please note that customers need to carry shipping costs for all returns/exchanges. Please refer to our Shipping & Return policy to learn more

             

            • Will brass and bronze tarnish? 
              • Both Brass and Bronze will tarnish over time. The gold-plated Brass is under plated with a tin-rhodium alloy to make these more durable and stronger. However, over time the plating will wear off and the brass might leave a green mark on your skin. Best way to protect your brass and bronze jewelry is to keep them dry and avoid water and soap. We also recommend keeping them in a soft cloth.

                Shiny silver will also tarnish over time and create a beautiful patina like surface.

             

                  • What if I want to change the chain length of a necklace I have ordered?
                    • Should you wish a change in chain length after you receive your necklace, we would be happy for you to send us the product and we will change the chain length for you one time. Please contact us at info@negiarabani.com and provide a copy of your order confirmation along your desired chain length. You will need to carry all shipping charges. Please allow 2-3 weeks after we receive your item.
