Return Policy

You may return or exchange some new, non-custom, unused and unopened items with attached label within five (5) days from receipt. For some custom products we offer return against store credit upon receipt of the item, unused, unopened and in original packaging & label. Items available for return are marked in their product descriptions on the product page. In such cases you will need to request the return label within 5 days from receipt highlighting the reason and return the items within 5 days after receipt of the return label. Please email to initiate the return or exchange process. All returns and exchanges shall be processed and shipped (if applicable), within three (3) weeks of receipt. Store credit is valid for 3 months upon the issue date.

Please note, all returns or exchanges must be included in original packaging, including label and accompanied by a copy of the order invoice or receipt. Customer is responsible for all return/ exchange shipping costs.  Please use a trackable method for return shipping as we are not responsible for any returned items that do not make it back to our warehouse. We cannot approve any returns/exchanges received over five (5) days from receipt of the return label. We will not accept any packages sent without authorization, any shipments received that have not been authorized will be refused/shipped back.

Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three (3) weeks.


All Exchange, Sale & Promotional items & most customizable items are final and are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, and/or Warranties. 

If you wish to cancel your order or to make any changes to your order you will have 24 hours to do so. Please email us at within 24 hours after placing the order. We cannot accept any changes or cancellations after this time.However, if the order has already been processed, we will not be able to make any modifications to the order and the normal return policy applies.

Shipping and Delivery

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. All international orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. We offer free standard shipping (5-10 business days) on all domestic orders, but you may select other shipping options. All California residents will incur sales tax as set by the State of California and/or the County to which your delivery will be shipped. International customers are responsible for custom duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping cost assessed during checkout.
